Worth it!!!!
I researched true wireless earbuds thoroughly before deciding on which pair to buy. It was between Apple AirPods and these, being they are the most two compared models on the majority of reviews, as techies say these are the two best models out on the market right now. I was surprised to find this certified refurbished pair available on Amazon but excited to potentially be able to save $50 if backed by the manufacturer themselves. I was able to confirm that Amazon is verified resaler of Jabra and that Jabra was responsible for certifying this refurbished pair, they even back them with an 180 day warranty, a full 6 months as compared to the 1 year when buying new. That is a good deal, longer than many other competitors offer on their refurbished products. Tech review companies do recommend buying some electronics refurbished if they meet these types of conditions, so I knew I was buying from a verified, confident and trusted source. Took them out of the package, downloaded it’s corresponding app, updated the firmware and they basically hooked themselves up to my devices, both my iPad and my iPhone, it just couldn’t have been easier. I’ve used them for 24 hours and I can not say one bad thing about their working order, they sound even better than I expected and very easy to navigate their usage and controls. Audio and phone calls equally sound great! The only slight critique I could offer is that they are a bit big for my ears, but that just may be because of my petite stature. They annoy the back end of my ear where the cartilage is, however they fit comfortably in the ear canal themselves. I do believe it’s simply because I just have very small ears, not really a design flaw per say. If I’m sitting still I can’t adjust them to sit more upwards as not to hit that cartilage, to give my ears a bit of a break. But if I get up to walk I must fit them back snuggly in my ears as not to have them fall out. So that does give my ears a chance to rest and alleviate that pressure. It’s something that I am willing to live with as I can not believe how well these work, with no cord whatsoever. I was able to go up to the second floor of my home, in and out of every room, even with a door closed I had absolutely no interference or distortion in the audio. There is a slight lag in video, but again, all true wireless earbuds on the market have that same issue. I was also surpised at how long the battery life is, they aren’t exaggerating when they say 5 hours. I placed them back in their case to charge overnight and have been using them on and off, a few songs and a few phone calls since 9am, it’s now 12:30, and it’s only run the battery down about 15%. I’m really pleasantly surprised and really very pleased with this purchase!!

These bad boys pack the heat!
At my job, I find myself in many virtual meetings. During one of those meetings, I made my way to the break room, which is about 100 feet away. I was wielding the Jabra Elites and weaving through the offices I was able to maintain connection and clearly hear what was being discussed in the meeting. When it comes to the Bluetooth range, these guys are a stellar selection. Now, lets talk about sound quality. I love the app that Jabra offers, which I am able to adjust the sound settings to my preference. Loving bass, I attempted to see how hard it could kick, and I was very impressed with their range of sound. The HearThrough setting works really well actually, sometimes I wonder if I should replace my grandpa's hearing aids with these. But really, I go out on a run with my dog and I can hear when cars are coming by, and if someone stops to ask to pet her I'm not caught off guard. The sound quality for phone calls lacks a little bit. I have found that the person on the other end of my calls can't make out what I am saying because it picks up all of the extra background sound. Overall, this aspect could use some work as others have mentioned it as oversensitive. Sorry, but I have another critique, and it has to do with the Voice Assistant. Maybe it is just iPhone users, but when I push my right ear bud for Siri it takes about 2 or 3 seconds to start listening. I get frustrated at that point and just type what I wanted to ask. Not a big issue since I don't use the feature often, but it would be nice to have it working well. Some people have touched on how these buds fit in their ears, but I really like the fit. Nothing frustrates me more than buying an awesome piece of technology just to find out it doesn't fit right for me. But, these slide right in the ear without any work, and the design helps you easily understand how they should look and fit in your ear. Overall, these Jabra true wireless buds are a solid choice for connectivity strength, sound quality, and great battery life.

UPDATE: three months later and they cant hold a charge and the sound quality is garbage.
I bought these in February and LOVED them, used them every day for hours. three months later and they're garbage. They can't hold a charge. I used to be able to have them in my ears for 4-5 hours without needing to charge them and I could initially get 2-3 charges out of the case. Nope. Not anymore. I charge the case and now I get MAYBE an hour of decent sound and the case dies immediately. The sound quality is significantly worse too. For instance, I use brown noise when I'm working and i can't use these anymore because the sound keeps getting distorted and it's distracting. Used to pair these with my phone and computer without a hitch and that no longer works. It takes 3-5 times to pair with any device before it works. They now disconnect without reason or warning all the time. Can I give them zero stars? Total waste. I want my money back! Original title: "if you buy noise canceling tips, they work great. Battery life is insanely long." Original Review: Love that you can customize the sound via the app, the battery life is great and they charge FAST. I would say if the charging case is dead and the earbuds are dead, it would take at max 90 minutes to fully charge both. Sound quality is pretty good (I went from Shure SE215 to these when I got a new iphone without a headphone jack). These are definitely not the same quality as shures but they're the best quality I've had for the price for bluetooth earbuds. Also they definitely aren't the best at noise cancellation but it's improved if you splurge and buy the "misodiko TWS-Pro Earbuds Tips for Jabra Elite" Definitely helped (their sizes run big so I would recommend the multipack for your first buy, I'm usually a medium in earbuds, but the smalls are a much better fit for me)

Like the battery life, sound quality, fast pairing, comfy. price was ok as well Dont like the box it comes in. Hard to open w/o spilling them. Maybe it takes getting used to. And i wish the buds were a bit louder.

Picked these refurb ear buds when they were on sale for $50 and they have been perfect for the price. I don't listen to music with these. I spend a lot of my day at work on the phone, and these were purchased with the intention of using them for work phone calls. The microphone on this is great, feedback has been uniformly positive from people on the other end of calls. I can't use both ear buds when making phone calls because the noise blocking ability distorts my voice (lack of air conduction, but full bone conduction) enough that it's difficult to carry on a conversation. And given the way the ear buds function, that means it has to be the right bud. But that's a minor quibble, and this price, it is perfect for my needs.
