Q: What all come with this tower what does it include

It came with case screws and extra parts for the side panel release machanism (I think that's what it is). It works best with thermatakes reservoir and pump combo otherwise you will need to create a custom mount.

Q: where will optical drives be mounted?

The 100, 200, and the 500 do NOT have provisions for an optical drive. If you want to have the convenience of an optical drive, and don't mind having a massive PC case on your desk, you'll need to get the 900, which DOES have provisions for (only) one 5.25 optical drive or fan controller. This is pretty disappointing given the size of some of these cases. I can understand the 100 and 200 not having provisions for a 5.25 bay, but there's more than enough room for one on the 500. They very easily could have made an optional insert to house one, just as they did for that small LCD screen. Very poor planning on TT's part IMHO. That optional component could have very easily brought in more sales, by giving their customers more options. If you're creative enough, you probably could mod an optical drive into the bottom front skirt plate, but this would most likely void out your warranty, if that's something you would be concerned with. The vast majority of case modders don't care about warranties.

Q: How do I get the liquid coolant system? And does it come with all the parts needed to put it together?

You can either get an AIO and use that, or you can study up and design your own custom loop using parts from either EK or Thermaltake. Anything can be made to work in this case because a good portion of these parts are standardized. EK pumps mount on 120mm or 140mm fans with a bracket. All radiators fit in the same 120/140/240/280/360/420mm slots. It isn't easy to design a loop but it's worth the effort. I strongly suggest using the EK configurator.
