Longevity not comforting

Bulb Fused in 4 months
The light was astonishingly bright and clear. It is not a satisfactory product, as one of the pair went off within 4 months. Problems sometime happen and I thought replacement would be easy as it is under warranty. There is a customer care number on pack.Unfortunately, customer care doesn't take action on replacement. Mails go unanswered. Overall, product service is so unsatisfactory, that it is better not to purchase this product, particularly without a physical shop in the vicinity.

Hasn't given any issues since 6 months of use and 2700K
Have been using for about 6 months. Works well as per expectations. One of the few options that are offering a 2700 color temperature rather than 3000K which means it's more yellower/golden as compared to 3000K variants.

Replacement issue
Bulbs got fused within 1 years. I was unable to replace the bulb. Kindly make the necessary arrangement to replace the bulbs.
