This is a wonderful product. It is sturdy and easy to install. My kitten was able to use it after me showing her twice. She loves it. I love the fact that I don’t have to let her in and out. I also love the fact that I can a choose to lock it or just allow her to go out or in. Great choice!

So far, so good...fits in the size windows it says it will, easy to install and comes with everything you need to get it flush. If there's one criticism, it'd be the sealing. If you're in the winter months and don't want the cold air coming in, you'll have to buy more weather stripping, as well as tinkering with the flap closure. But, this is a small issue. The cat is a fan!

Wow, do not be afraid to buy this window insert due to the price. It is quality. The plastic door is thick/heavy. The side springs press frimlyon each side of the window. Its got metal sides with the clear see thru sides. Just, wow, I’m impressed.

Best ever!! Took my pups and cats 2 days to learn to use it. Very quiet when they pass through the door, so it doesn’t scare them. Also, a bonus is, the window is somewhat magnetic (but not too magnetic that they can’t go through easily) it stops swinging quickly. I love this window door! Highly recommend.

Worked amazing

The door lock is very flimsy. I wish I had gotten one that had another door that slides down over the original door. I’m getting a shower rod to put over the door area for more security.
