I put this on my stomach and wrapped it but noticed I didnt sweat as much as I usually do with this other brand I use called sweet sweat..I bought cause it was cheaper but ill go back to the other brand since it seems to work better.

Ddi not work as advertised. I used it each time I worked out with my waist trainer on. Also, the size of the jar is misleading about how much is acutally in the jar. Where my finger is marks the end of the jar. Lesson learned. Good thing is that it lead me to look for another product and I found one that works better. Hot Cream
