Worked Great on my 3rd gen Dodge dually
I used this socket to remove the driveshafts on my 2003 Dodge ram Cummins dually. It is a high quality socket. It is very durable. It is a little bit heavy and probably could be shortened. However, I’m short has more purposes than what I’m just using it for overall it’s an amazing product much cheaper than the snap on or other brands equivalent

Best socket to use!
Very solid design with the inside section that slides into the axle opening for stability while torquing the locking nuts. Worked perfectly on my 1990 F-250.FYI, 65 ft lbs, back off 8 clicks for used bearings, 4 clicks for new bearings. Right axle is right hand thread, left side (drivers) is left hand threads. Righty loosie, lefty tighty.I would not use a different design socket.

Doesn’t work for 2016 Allison 1000 without modification (need a welder)
Read reviews and they said this socket would work to take off the output shaft spanner but on an Allison but it infact does not unless you make your own tabs which wasn’t difficult because the existing tabs are exactly where you need to weld the other tabs onto. Good socket for the price though rather than $150+ for the actual socket for the Allison’s.

Works for 2016 Ford Transit 350
I bought this to use on the rear hubs of my 2016 Ford Transit 350. The Transit uses the same bearings and hub nut as the F-350, but the spindle inside diameter is a bit tighter so this tool doesn't fit. If you put it in a vise and use a file to take off a few thousandths all the way around though it fits great! It took me about 10 minutes to get the filing done and I checked the fit 4 times before I was satisfied. It was about $40 cheaper than the transit specific tool, so it's a really good deal even if you had to buy a file. It will still work on a Ford truck.

Does not fit axle nut on 2004 GMC Sierra 2500HD
Decent quality product, but square teeth do not fit into round holes on castle nut. Can be made to fit by rounding off the inside corners and narrowing the teeth slightly with a dremel and grinding bit. Don’t expect this to fit right out of the package.
