I suffer from back and shoulder pain pretty often and have been using a heating pad for years this heating pad is designed for shoulder relief and it works great. This pad drapes over your shoulders so it gets right where the pain is and unlike a regular heating pad it doesn't slip of or bunch up the cover is very soft and comfortable the snap on the front really helps keep the pad in place and with 3 heat settings it's easy to get the desired level of heat. I have had a lot of heating pads and still have a over sized one I use for my back but nothing has worked nearly as well as this one does specifically for shoulder pain.

It helps enormously with neck, shoulder and arm pain. For it to reach your upper arm you only have to turn the back to cover your arm instead. The neck does indeed heat. If you want to make it even hotter, drape a towel over or use heat patches under. Seller is extremely helpful, courteous and empathetic and shipped a replacement when mine malfunctioned. I truly cannot complain and due to the usefulness of the product and Mosabo’s aid, this is a five star experience. My replacement was only that, not a coupon. Nor is this some sort of paid review. This product is worth it for the relief I have described, even with the replacement. I have pinched nerved in my neck that are resolving.

This is really great and really soft and really comfortable and really big and it gets really hot but the top part supposed to be right on your neck and shoulder they don’t really get hot so it kind of defeats the purpose of the shape of it

This thing is awesome. First it is so soft! I love it. It gets hot super fast and stays that way....and while it might feel kind of dorky, the snap on the front holds it in place so you don't have to worry about it slipping around. There is a little flap that goes up for the back of your neck as well which is possibly one of my favorite features. I love this thing and I am so happy with my purchase. I use it all the time when I am working at my desk and my neck is bothering me.

Love this - it’s crazy soft. My second purchase this one for my daughter. Controller is closer to user but this one has temp issues - not consistent. Still would buy again - when you need a heat pad this is your buddy 😊

This product is just ok. I wish the heat would disperse throughout rather than only in minimal areas. Additionally, if it had some weight to it, it would stay in place. I'm not impressed. My microwaveable bean bag works better. It's just a pain to continously reheat.

I absolutely love this heating pad. I purchased it after having a double disk replacement in my neck, to use to relieve pain. Its works wonderful and is so soft. The snap on the neck was a bit too tight for the first few days after the surgery but once the swelling went down it snapped just fine and was comfortable. The long cord allows you to move freely as well. All 3 of my dogs approve and use it whenever I am not.

I purchased this for relief from back and shoulder pain. The unit shuts off in less than an hour and the button control is so sensitive if it is touched even slightly it goes off from the slightest movement. In less than six months the stitching on the cover has come loose exposing wiring. There is no way to remove the cover and am not going to wash it in the machine or by hand manually every week. Most pads have a cover that can be removed and kept clean and sanitary. The cord is always twisted after use and has to be unplugged every day so it can be placed where you need it. I am very unhappy about so many problems. I am going to buy another similar pad that covers the back and shoulders instead of just the shoulder area. It has a design that a small portion of the pad goes up on the neck. But if you set the pad on high it burns your neck since there is seldom any clothing on the neck area. I grabbed one of my regular 12 x18 heating pads and am using it as this one is problematic in too many ways. I hate to write negative reviews and usually don't. But when one purchases something needed for health and/or pain it should work and help instead of be almost useless because of the many faults. The cover is already worn and looks worn and soiled.
