what is the actual thickness of rug ? is it really plush ?

It's about 1.5 centimeters and yes it's soft and comfortable to walk on.

I’m not sure if it’s returnable. I can say that after receiving it for a gift for someone else, I really wish I had a need for it because I would have definitely bought myself one. The carpet is beautiful and very plush.

I’ve only had it for less than a year and it vacuums nicely
