Does this headgear only come in one size? i have a very sm face & head, have a sm headgear now & its way too big, struggling help!

I have small and small mouth piece and air still gets by.

What can be done to the strap to keep the adjustment side from slipping? This works similar to velcro when new but in time either slips or detaches.

Bought for my husband, the straps stretch out over time which is why we bought this one.

I have the Phillips Dreamwear nasal only. Can i get this and a full face pillow replacement to convert my nasal only dreamwear??
