Great features for the price
I mainly use these headphones at the gym, but I also spend a decent amount of time with them on at home after the gym.Sound quality is amazing. Huge difference from these to other earbuds I've tried. Battery life isn't going to get you through a work day, but you'll need charging breaks for your ears throughout the day anyway. Which leads into my only complaint: they are not very comfortable for long term listening. I can only get a couple hours of them before my ears are hurting and I need to take them out for a break. With that being said, they are good in the gym because they don't move around or pop out while I'm working out.Low battery warning is non-intrusive and not at 1000% volume which is surprisingly difficult to find in bluetooth earbuds. The controls are easy to use and I can tell the buttons apart just by feeling them which makes it easier. There is a specific charger for these that is provided. It works pretty well, but you need to have a USB->Wall adapter (but who doesn't have one lying around?) as that is not included. While I'm not a fan of having a separate charging cable for every device, I do like not having to fiddle with the rubber door that covers most bluetooth headphones' chargers. I haven't scientifically tested the charge time but it is pretty fast.If you like customizing things, the app does let you change the EQ and what the buttons do. The defaults without using the app are not bad though! You could use these headphones without ever installing the app.

Beautiful Sound Great Supporting App
I was floored by the sound these headphones produce. Its rich and immersive. additionally with the Jaybird App you can manage the sound with preset equalizers or customize it yourself. The app has 6 pre-loaded settings and a gallery organized by genre. The fit and security of hte silicone is incredible and with three sizes this should fit almost anyone. the silicone is soft and has good grip. My ears do not get fatigued or hurt after wearing for extended periods of time. The longest I have gone wearing them was 7 hours, which brings me to my next point, I am averaging about 7 to 8 hours of battery run time on a charge and they advertise about 6 hours. I'm sure using the controls would shorten the battery life but these work well and are build nicely. I am not a fan pf proprietary chargers, which this does have so keep that in mind, I will be purchasing an additional charger or 2 here in the future for car and gym bag.

Overall very good headphones, better than any sub $100 and even more, but some compromises
I was looking for Bluetooth headphones to use with Skype and also to listen to music while working. I used to use wired Bose in-ear headphones that still are my favorites, but Bose cheap labor, made those headphones fall apart for no reason. Also unplugging from my cellphone and plugging into the computer was no practical.I have tried several in-ear headphones, I am very picky with the sound and honestly most of them anything under $80 sound about the same, you need to really push the headphones inside your ear to get any bass or fuller sound. I have weird hear I guess because those fall right away and the overall sound is tiny and crunchy. These Jaybird headphones stay in place, the three adapters included seem good quality, they really 'seal' the headphone so you get better sound quality and some isolation from external noise. You don't need to push them inside your ear to get a good sound, besides the accompanying app really helps with the sound.Battery life is OK, I am getting about 5 hours of constant usage, compared to a Taoronics that give me 10 hours, this seems not much, but the sound quality of the Jaybird is beyond what another headphone in the same price range, I guess something has to give. The battery charges very quickly but the connector included is a proprietary type, with a very short USB cable, I mean about 3 inches long. Not sure why they didn't use a USB C connection that is the standard in any other device, Proprietary connectors are things from the past companies, why you don't accept that. They stay tight in your ear you'll hear the thumb if you hit the wire in some way, you can put it over your ear if you are moving around or running. The Bluetooth connection seems fast in my devices, it also connects to my computer right away, and I can keep it connected to both machines (Computer and Cellphone), but the problem is the priority, the headphone seems to always connect to the device that is emitting sounds. If you are listening to music and windows makes any sound then the headphone will switch device, this may seem logical for the developer, but in practice, it gets annoying very quickly. For example, I can be using the headphone for a skype call but if I receive a message on my phone it will ding and then the headphone will connect to the phone and I will lose the skype call, I have to turn off the Bluetooth in my cellphone to be sure it stays focused on the computer, or disconnect from my computer to not heard any ding that my machine does while listening music in my cellphone, but this defeat the purpose of have it ready when skype call is coming, if there was a button in the headphone to switch devices it would be better. Also if I am watching a video and is longer than a couple of minutes then the headphone will disconnect by itself to save battery, not sure why.Sound quality, this headphone is very good, I won't say great because still, I think Bose has a better overall sound, But for Bluetooth and this size, I think they have done a good job. You can flex the sound a lot with the included app for sure, of course, YMWV.Overall I would recommend these headphones for anybody looking into the sub $100 headphones, forget any of those $20 or $50 headphones, sound quality is way better on this Jaybird Tarah, they are comfortable, flexible adjustment to your ears and very useful app.

Good for the price and excellent customer service
Really pretty decent for the price. Sound quality is the best it can be for the price range. The little voice telling you when battery is low or once you've connected is at a reasonable volume that doesn't make you jump out of your skin. The ear bud part is pretty snug, and pretty effective at noise cancellation, so be careful if you're running outside or walking around with them. As far as wireless headphones go, they're pretty sleek and not at all bulky-- I have long hair that covers them and people have repeatedly not noticed that I have them on.However, the thing that really bumped up my review these bad boys to a five star is the customer service. Shortly after buying the headphones, I realized that there was no charger included in the box, even though it was listed as being included. I wrote in to the customer service e-mail, and had little hope of getting that charger since it would be impossible to prove that it was missing. However, I got an e-mail back in a day (record time for these kind of things) and they asked for my address so they could send the missing charger for free, no questions asked. Fantastic service that really tries to do right by their customers. If you're a poor college kid like me, these are a worthy investment.
