I have tried several probiotics over the years: I usually end up with a half empty bottle shoved to the back of my medicine cabinet that never ends up being used and money wasted. Some side effects I experienced with other probiotics: diarrhea, stomach pain, headaches, feeling “off”. I experience NO SIDE EFFECTS from this probiotic and mentally I feel sharper and happier. Great value and actually works.

Great product especially when taking antibiotics.

i have great poops now lol. this is weird, but i love to look into the toilet to see how much came out. i am wow'ed every time lol. but be careful with how much you use. if you take one daily for a week, maybe only take 1 every 3 or 4 days after that, or you might start pooping too much or have diarrhea. i think this has improved gut health alot, which i believe has been putting me in a much better mood as well. 10/10.

I took these for a while. Not too bad. I mixed the powder in a drink instead of taking the whole capsule. They seemed to be similar quality and potency to other enzymes in this price range

This product is one of few that contains Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (LGG) which is alleged to be highly effective at maintaining gut balance. This is my go-to for supplementing a strong antibiotic regimen, and I feel great. LGG is different from other probiotic strains found in yogurt, kimchi, and kefir. I plan to continue for a couple of weeks anyway, and will definitely purchase this again. When purchasing, one should reconcile pill count with desired dosage frequency.
