Lightweight and moves LOTS of air!
This pump does it all for me! I was skeptical of the claim of its ability but now I'm convinced! I knew it's different than other float/air bed pumps the moment I turned it on: it sounded very different. I think the majority of float pumps are repurposed tire pumps i.e. they're made to put out pressures high enough for car tires, but as a consequence, move much less air per unit of time. They all sound quite high pitched. This pump's sound is a much lower note, as it would be if the pump is moving bigger volumes of air fewer number of times per unit of time. This pump seems to be purpose made to pump up big things that don't require high pressures i.e. floats, air beds etc. It's always entertaining to start pumping up my tube float around the same time as somebody else and finish way ahead of them! It is truly impressive how quick this pump pumps up a big tube float. My float is a "Texas flag tube float". Search for it. You can probably find it quite easily. This pump pumps the main chamber up in like 10 seconds!A big plus is that it's rechargeable, and light, which means I can take it with me down to near water. It doesn't need to be plugged in so I don't have to pump things up by the car which means I don't have to lug my pumped-up float all the way from the car to the water. One minor detail that's kinda useful is that the pump won't turn on if the charging port cover is in place. That prevents the pump from being accidentally turned on if the switch gets bumped.

Best pump ever!
I bought this as a replacement for my Coleman and was concerned by both it's size and price as to whether or not I made a good purchase.Well I can tell you that after having it now for 5 weeks and still using the charge it can with from the factory, I couldn't be more impressed with this item. I literally pulled it out of the box and have used it for that last 4 weekend trios and still haven't recharged it. I've even let two others use it within that same timeframe. Will purchase again if I ever have to

TOTAL DUD!
The first one I ordered was very obviously a returned item (box lid all dog-eared from being pried open, items loosely tossed into box, etc.) But I decided to try it anyway. Sadly, It did not accept a charge at all.But the features were nice -- AC/DC rechargable, and the attachments fit nice and snug, so that it would seem to avoid air leakage. So I requested a replacement (with an actual new one, this time.)That one arrived - it did appear to be new, and I followed the very specific charging instructions to a tee (minimum 10 hours, but no more that 15.) I set a timer and charged it on AC plug for exactly 14 hours and 30 minutes. But to my dismay, it, also, was dead as a door nail! Apparently there is an inherent defect in this make & model, and I would advise everyone to avoid it, unless you want to hassle with continual returns!

Compact but powerful!
I was surprised at the compact size of this pump but it certainly did the job. I used it to inflate a twin size 18" high air mattress and it was done in 2 minutes. For the next 4 days I topped off the mattress, running the pump about 20 seconds each time and it had no loss of power. The next three days I ran the pump for 2 minutes each day, again with no loss of power. It seems to hold it's charge well enough to leave it in my tent for topping off and will be a welcome addition to my camping gear. A couple of things prevented me from giving it 5 stars. It takes 10 to 15 hours of AC charging to get to full charge so plan ahead. You can charge it for 1 to 2 hours in the DC outlet in your car. Secondly, there's no indicator light to let you know when its full or needs recharging.

Sent a second one that works
Revised*- I was sent a second one no charge to replace the broken one and so far it seems to be working fine.I bought this to inflate my family’s air mattresses for camp outs. It says to charge it for several hours before using it. I did that. The battery charge didn’t last long (only two twin mattresses worth) and then the charger stopped working. The problem is I bought it too long ago (2 months ago) to return and the amazon system won’t allow me to see if the seller could send a new charger. Sooo, I’m just expressing my experience.

Fast and strong
Used it once to inflate my Intex Seahawk 2person boat. Pretty quick and strong. Saved me and mum a lot of time and effort hand inflating that boat. Probably one my best purchases.Update:Inflated the boat a couple of more times without needing to recharge the device. And just realized that it has a deflate opening as well. It’s a life saver.

Better than I expected
I was super wary of this air pump. We used it already one time and it worked great. It blew up 2 queen beds and a twin bed quickly on a single charge. It's annoying that you can't use it while it's plugged in.I haven't had it long enough to measure whether the battery life and power drops significantly.

Compact
This unit is light weight and small. I just hope it will fill my double high queen air mattress in one go. I really hate that the initial charge is 10 hours. Why can't the manufacturer do most of this and charge a few more dollars. More on this ad we go...
