Plastic lace ends broke literally immediately (like I took them out of the box, put them on my feet and went to tighten the laces and the lace tore on first tug).However I had a set of Lock Laces handy and just used those.Otherwise the fit is great, super light weight and breathable - Used them for trail-biking with my bike and loved the grip they had with the aluminum pedals. Would recommend you have a spare set of laces on hand, but otherwise I like them and would recommend overall

Upon first opening these shoes looked EXTREMELY cheaply made. Another "amazon letdown" However I had bought them specifically for the gym. The following day was gym day, I put them on and... wow, it's all I can say, they are very comfortable, and seem to actually be well put together. And boy are they light. I mean like flip-flop level light. So I wore them as regular shoes for 4 days, and no issues whatsoever, in fact, my mother in law wants me to get her a pair too... so cudos

This shoe runs a little tight, so you might want to order a half a size larger. Other than that, it's a great shoe at a good price.
