Worst product never go with these
The worst company never go with these, my all items are defective but the company person never replaced it. One of the lock never opened I have to call them, they break it but charged me 599 even it's in warranty.

No Service For Rural Areas
Godrej is a reputed name in locks. The product is of good quality at a reasonable price, but there is no service available in many areas. Service is only provided in well-known cities. Neither paid nor free installation services are available in other cities. If you install it yourself, you will lose your warranty. The 2-year warranty becomes meaningless in this case. If any issues arise, a minimum charge of ₹350 plus GST will apply. Thank about service before purchasing.

Godrej Round mortise
Look what you have sent to me. Two locks without keys and one lock have visible dent on it. And one plate is also missing in one lock. Worst experience. I opted for replacement if it doesn't works i will return back I got my replacement. I am happy now but packaging was poor
