I battle eczema on my palms and feet, and use a high level cortisone topical from my dermatologist, and alone that was not enough. Amlactin 15% used daily (especially following hand washing) has been so effective. I use the cortisone cream much less frequently, and when I do, it penetrates better because there is no build up of dried, flaky skin. Yes, this has a slight odor on application (not bad in my opinion) but it dissipates quickly; not sticky when applied sparingly. The key is to use Amlactin products routinely; if you are sensitive, try the lower percentage products first, and move to the 15% products later. Great products that are effective, accessible and affordable.

I cannot believe how good this works!!! Nothing ever works on my dry skin. This is thick so I mix it with some other moisturizer so it spreads easier. My skin stays soft the entire day!! No more flakey legs! I am so impressed.

I had bumps on the back of my arms. I tried so many expensive products. This lotion is the only thing that worked! It takes about 1-2 weeks to fully clear everything but if you use it every day I promise it works. My skin has never been this soft! It also works wonders on cracked or dry heels.. my feet are so soft now!

Does a great job but Amlactin products always smell like wet socks. I'll keep using this hand cream though.

pricey but a great cream for the body.

This immediately smooths feet, rough heels, foot & ankle areas. I use at bedtime and on my hands every night. Follow directions & avoid getting in your eyes. Any red, bumpy, dry flaky skin areas, it helps heal those quickly. I highly recommend

it says fragrance-free, but the moment i squeeze out even just a tiny bit of cream, it stank so bad... the smell reminds me of rice wine (specifically shaoxing wine lol), a bit sour and yeasty smelling. in the picture you can see that it is only 2/3 full, but maybe that's normal? the texture feels fine and is moisturizing just like any other lotion, nothing special so far. however, if this cream works according to its claims, i might be able to put up with its smell and use it only at home. time will tell, i shall return with an edit later on. 10/11/23 edit + second pic: this product definitely moisturizes better than most moisturizer i've tried. overtime it has made my hands softer, and has also helped diminsh dry/dead skin around my nails. i work as a waitress and wash my hands very often, without skincare they can look and feel a bit rough. though the weird scent still lingers, it is worth trying if you aren't sensitive to smell.

Good for dry or dead skin. Especially foot area for calluses.

This is misleading / fraudulent to me. The website says pack of six, why did I get one only??? Please I think it's better to update the website so you don't keep disappointing people expectations.

Works phenomenally. I wasn't able to "cure" my KP, but it does make my skin really smooth after just one application. The only thing is that it's really thick, so you use a lot. The smell is.. not great but it's not vomit-inducing, either, and you can't smell it after maybe 10 minutes (I recruited an independent third-party nose to confirm).
