Ordered it on Thursday, got it on Saturday before expecting delivery date. Well done Amazon.Came in nicely packed.This Product is good for beginners as it has the right tension.Some people are talking about its size is small. But believe me, it will feel small for those who have khali or hulk like palm.😁😁Good soft foam grip didn't leave any mark on your hand.One suggestion: Please read or watch how to use this grippers before using this because lots of people not know how to use.

Good for blood circulation
It's average. I like to use this for keeping my grip strength healthy but there's not much else I could use this for.It helps with blood circulation and for the cost of Rs. 300, I think it's a fair product.

Nice grips and good quality Product.Do 200 per hand in morning,evening and night.You'll definately get a strong forearms.If u guys are gymers. It will help you to lift more weights and whenever you're wearing shirts your forearms will look sexy.Its all about fitness.For some health issues, i can't go to the gym.So i ordered it and it delivered on next day.But nothing can stop me to stay fit.Guys if u wanna have a good forearms or strong forearms. A good and quality product
I am writing this review after a month's use so don't doubt about its durability or quality... very good for beginners.. tensile strength of the spring is also good requires decent amount of strength to squeeze it...go for it no doubt
