Very Nice Starter Set For The Kiddos
For anyone who has wanted to get their kids or grandkids into golf, this set is a blessing. I picked up the 6 piece starter set for my oldest grandson (5+ YO). It comes with a 23° fairway wood (3 wood with cover), a 7, 9, and sand iron, and a putter. The clubs are sized and weighted perfectly for him and have provided an ideal entry point for him (and his younger brother) to learn to play golf. The carry bag is very nice: extraordinarily lightweight, plenty of storage room, and has an automatic stand and a bag hood. The clubs all look to be well made and durable, and my grandson finds them to be comfortable to use (we have not gone out on the course yet, just backyard practice with wiffle golf balls). The design of the putter is much like mine and I find it easy to control, much easier than a straight blade putter. All the clubs have a great ‘feel’ to them when I swing them: all the weight is where it is supposed to be. The clubs included in this set are the basics a young boy or girl needs to start playing golf. Yes, there is no driver, or long irons, but I can remember how hard it was to learn to hit them when I first started. A 7 iron is a perfect iron to start with as your ‘long iron’, besides, he can learn how to use his fairway wood. With some guidance he will also learn to chip with it at sometime in the future. As I said above, bag is light and easy to carry with all the clubs in it; the storage space more than enough for balls, tees, a windbreaker, and even a snack. My only complaint (and this is me, not my grandson) are the grips. I think they are are a little too slick and thin. I may regrip them in the future, but for the time being they seem to be fine. Please note this is a right handed set. I did not see any options for a left handed model. Overall, this is a great starter set. The bright colors might put some off, make you think they are “toys” but take it from me those people are wrong. This is no toy set and for a starter set that both boys will use for a few years it is a great investment in what I hope will be a love of a great game. Highly recommended.

Nothing Special - Better Options Out There
I purchased a set of Vice Kids clubs and compared them directly against comparable U.S. Kids Golf offerings, and overall they fall short of expectations at this price point. The 7–10 year-old 7-iron runs about 2 inches longer than the U.S. Kids 45" version—closer to the 48" range—but with a head weight that aligns more with the shorter club. That inconsistency between length and head weight makes proper fitting more difficult and raises questions about the overall design approach. Build quality is average at best, around a 5/10. The inkfill is inconsistent, and the finish lacks the refinement you’d expect in a performance-focused junior set. The bright colorways and neon graphic-heavy design may appeal to some, but they skew more toy-like than premium. Durability is also a concern—the high-gloss black driver head shows wear almost immediately, especially with typical junior contact, and the included bag doesn’t add much value compared to better-designed alternatives. Performance is where the gap becomes more noticeable. The irons appear to have less mass low in the head compared to U.S. Kids, resulting in reduced forgiveness and lower MOI, which is not ideal for developing players. Overall, these play more like entry-level sets from Top-Flite or Cleveland Golf rather than a true step up. Given the crowded low-end junior market, this is a missed opportunity—especially when the expectation is something that competes more closely with the consistency and performance of U.S. Kids or bridges the gap toward higher-end options from PING.

Very high quality bag wil full features and 5 quality clubs. This is NOT a toy.
This is a very high quality "toy" for the avid golfer that wants his child to be the next Tiger, Arnold, or Jack. I put "toy" in quotes because this is anything but. This little tyke bag has virtually all the bells and whistles of a large adult bag, with a lot less clubs. This set includes a Driver, Putter, Sand Wedge, 9-iron, and 7-iron. This set is suitable for boys or girls. The zippers all work well and the bag comes complete with a cover and kick-stand. It is very colorful to appeal to any child and the quality makes for a good value for the money, if used properly and not for a "toy". I think the ages given of 4 to 8 are a bit subjective as I think it would have more to do with ones height, rather than their age. Though the clubs will fit well for most kids of that age group, there would likely be some exceptions. This truly is not for the casual golfer and is not a toy. This is the real McCoy for someone that wants to teach their child the game very early. Thank you for allowing my opinion as I would definitely recommend this for the serious golfer.

Solid Starter Set That Helps Young Golfers Learn and Play
This junior golf club set is a great pick for kids just getting into the game. The clubs are sized well for smaller players, light enough to swing comfortably, and still feel sturdy without flexing or bending during shots. My son took to them fast — he went from tentative swings to confident contact in no time. The bag is simple and functional, making it easy to carry around the course or practice area. Overall, it’s a dependable, well‑matched set that helps young golfers improve without feeling like they’re using toy‑level gear.
