Works well for congestion and sometimes for a cough! Get a (USE a liquor bottle dispenser so no drips) mike t viscome

Had some old lingering cough from cold/flu etc... Helped almost instantly from the first dose. Tastes like honey with some bitter herbs, not too bad. Did not help much my kid when he had a cough though so might depend on a particular situation. Amazon sells for less then WFM

It works!! Not the best tasting cough syrup but it did help with the cough.
