Holy cow this product is amazing!!!We put them over our old tile and they stick really well. Just make sure to place them with the ‘overlap here’ part in. My bf did them while I was out of town and didn’t realize so we had to cut pieces out for them to match up and didn’t overlap. That made it really hard. The tiles are pretty thin so since we have dark tiles underneath we had to order another round of them to do a second layer. Total boxes ordered has been 10 so for the kitchen in the picture size if your wall is bare I’d say 5-6 boxes is good. All in all, a cheap and easier update and they’re absolutely beautiful!!! We will caulk the edges and around the countertop to ensure hold and make them look better. Make sure your background is SUPER clean. We used a ton of Windex and made sure it was dry before applying.*update* here are before and after pics. We used 10 boxes and had to do two layers to cover the Black and Tan tile underneath but it turned out beautiful.We learned to measure where you want the top tile to land before each one to make sure they’re straight and that worked great. We filled any spots the grey ‘grout’ didn’t match perfectly with a light grey nail polish and caulked the edges and top. Also, if you peel the backing about half way and place it till it’s right and then peel the rest off and rub each tile straight across as you go up or down the square it won’t bubble. We are so so happy with them.

After a year in a rental home it still looks great. Plan before you install so you can do it well. Invest in a cutting board and exacti knife for clean edges.

I love how the backsplash looks. It’s beautiful and wasn’t hard to install. I scrubbed my walls, but the backsplash sheets started falling and peeling off the second day. After about a week and a half it’s falling off on every sheet. I hate that the adhesion is not great- I wish this would last longer because it is super pretty. Ultimately this is not worth the money.

The media could not be loaded. This was the best find yet to upgrade a small space on a budget. I loved how fast it came. It comes with ten big pieces that are easy to cut to fit. My kitchen used one full ten pack and then one or two of the second pack!

This product looks good but it’s the most unforgiving product possible!CONS:- if it even touches the wall it’s stuck forever so if u made a mistake you’ll rip the wall paint off and the material stretches so it will never align.-it doesn’t come with templates! These are needed to cut holes around wall jacks and switches.-the clear adhesive cover is longer than the tile so u can’t test-align with it. I had to cut it carefully in order for me to test alignment-it doesn’t specify that YOU HAVE to start with a specific side if not you won’t be able to stick over the tile. I made this mistake and now i have trouble with the whole wall.-cutting w an xacto knife sucks, it’s not exactly easy-you have to be extremely careful and patient. The slight mis alignment and you ruin the product and your wall.PROS:-the quality is good, they look greatI only did one side of the kitchen and now i have to do the other side but i’m not looking forward to it.

This product was a nice addition to a rental unit for a few years, but the tile yellowed over time and became unsightly. I was disappointed to find when I carefully removed it, it still peeled off the paint in sections. It works to dress up a space in a pinch, but I can’t say I’d recommend this product or purchase again.

I installed this by myself. It was very easy to use and the sheets can be divided to get into smaller areas. It sticks well to my wall - I did do as the seller recommended and test it for 48 hours first before adding more. So far so good. One of my friends saw it in the kitchen and at first glance thought it was tiled. That is how good it looks. I would buy again.

This faux adhesive tile is of excellent quality. Adheres very easily; in fact, be certain to position it exactly as you want it because it's difficult to remove. I was working with a not-so-very level surface and had to reposition tiles a couple of times. In doing so, the tiles started to tear in the thinner "grout" areas. It's easy to place them back in place, though, without the tear even showing.Overall, I give this product 5 stars! I'm very pleased!
