Great quality and value
I’m so amazed at the quality of this dermaroller. I’m new to the process but after using a larger needle size on stretch marks I decided to try it on my face and WOW. My face glows like never before and the rosacea has lessened. My dry skin is more supple and the find lines aren’t quite as noticeable. For me this isn’t a painful process but after using a 1.25mm on my body I knew what to expect. This particular roller is fabulous and I’m glad I got the .25 since I’m using it on my neck as well. The color is pretty and it comes with a handy storage case to protect it. For someone with sensitive skin I’ve had no bad reactions and I followed the directions explicitly. There was no bleeding and hardly any redness appeared from going over the skin. I followed up with a hyaluronic acid and sheet mask. I would recommend this product to every person I know. I can’t wait to see how good my skin looks in a few months of continual use!

Excellent product
This derma roller works really well. When I first started during my rolling I started with the shortest then worked my way up. My friend suggested it, and now that I have tried it I will never go back. I put rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle and I spray this before, during, and after dermal rolling. When I'm actually rolling I will go horizontal, vertical, and both angles. Since I have acne pro and skin I use antibacterial products before and after. Do not use this if you have pimples on your face, or you will break out all over the place since it'll just spread the bacteria everywhere. You can also dermaroll around pimples if you only have a couple. After I do this I use my heavy duty products such as as prescriptions that I have. a few days later my face looks absolutely amazing! I don't know why I was late to the party to find out about this. There are so many things you can do from home for cheap versus spending thousands at a dermatologist. Nothing against using professionals, since I use them too, but you can also do many things at home such as this. I'm actually going to do it right now since this reminded me it's time for another derma roll on my face!

Scalp is Skin - Treat Hair Loss and Slow Growth
The industry treatment standard is 0.5mm, but this dermaroller at 0.25mm is useful for beginners or those treating areas weekly. I'm not using this for deeper penetration of skin serums and products for face. I read about microneedling as an effective treatment for alopecia and thinning hair and decided to give it shot. If you're looking to miconeedling/dermarolling to see better hair restoration and strengthening results this is a good choice. I will say that my experience seems to be atypical - I have experienced incredible shooting pain across the rear left quadrant of my scalp since using the dermaroller. Everything I've read says this is unusual and I'm willing to put up with it during the healing process. I did experience light peeling as many do after dermarolling. I also have seen more results than anything I've tried before. I had two patches of complete baldness and within two weeks I noticed fine hairs growing in those regions. I've been using Shea Moisture 100% Virgin Coconut Oil hair care products as an adjunct to Miele Rosemary and Mint Growth Oil and Leave-In. I may add Amplixin Intensive Growth Serum as the patches fill in more and the hairs grow longer and stronger. Because of my pain reaction I decided to use the roller every month instead of every 2 weeks as recommended, but I will continue to use this dermaroller. It's easy to use (light hand is vital), easy to clean and sterilize (though I wish they'd included a sterilization cup), fits well in the hand, and looks elegant. Tips: Sterilize. Light hand. Moisturize. Seriously, that last is key. The skin of my scalp is definitely absorbing product better, but as the recovery and turnover progress I've had the driest scalp ever. I have to moisturize every couple of hours and I have a spray bottle of hyalauronic acid, rosewater hydrosol, coconut oil, and rosemary oil on hand to spritz when the skin is tight and itchy. It sounds like I've had a bad experience, but really it's manageable and the outcome has been worth it. I'm really pleased with how this dermaroller has restored my hope in hair growth.

Amazing product. Amazing Company!
I’m always wary about new products and comb through countless reviews on top of asking my friends/coworkers for their best recommendations before purchasing. I follow a well-rounded skin care routine, but I wanted to start getting a little more out of my products, which is how I stumbled upon derma rolling. The different sizes are going to determine your outcome, and are tailored around your goals. I opted for the smallest size for two reasons, I’m new to rolling, and it’s far better to take it slow and allow your body to adjust and just see how it reacts all together. Secondly, because my main goal was better absorption of my serums, particularly those for targeting exfoliation and brightening dark spots which is exactly what the small size is specified for! On to receiving my product! Not only did it ship quick for living in Alaska (thanks prime) BUT, it was packaged extremely well. Not the generic packaging, but the packaging of the product done by the company. Along with my package the company sent an email with a “How To” guide, an informational on the benefits of rolling as well as proper care for the product and your skin. All the way from sanitizing to the health specifications. For no charge as a thank you for purchasing the product. I found this incredibly useful. I’ve been using my roller a few days a week before application of my night time serums and my skin is glowing. It has improved immensely as far as product absorption goes, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Ultimately, you’re receiving a great product from a company that’s still small enough show genuine concern for its customers and quality of product. I will definitely be purchasing again when it’s time to replace this roller as well as ordering the larger rollers should I choose to step up from where I’m currently at!

Interesting Product, Conduct Research On It
I've used it once and am intrigued by this product. I am not sure if it truly works or not but I will be testing it out through out the upcoming months. I highly suggest looking into and reading reviews for derma rollers. I made the mistake of purchasing the derma roller and then conducting full research on them, and of course, I was skeptical and scared to use it once it arrived. What I am extremely happy about this derma roller though, is the fact that the company emails you an E-Book with instructions and further information on how to properly use & maintain the roller. That absolutely gave me peace of mind. Happy with my purchase, but as previously mentioned, too soon to tell if it actually works on my skin.

Wow!
A good, no, a great, complexion is very important to me, and I spend a lot of time on my beauty routine, morning and evening. I'm following the ten-step Korean skin care routine, and I love it! Even though I love my routine, I'm always on the lookout for something that will make it better. I used to get microneedling and a facial at a spa every two weeks, but that is very expensive since one treatment can cost $250 and up. And then there's the hassle of having to actually go to the spa, even if I don't feel like going that day. So, I decided to try microneedling at home. The spa I go to uses longer needles than this Derma Roller, so I wasn't expecting too much, but I was certainly wrong! This is almost a miracle worker! I have no real problems with my complexion other than a tendency to dryness, so I had no idea how much improvement I would see once I began using this product. It tingles a tiny bit, but doesn't hurt at all, and it's quite easy to use. Just roll it over your face vertically, diagonally, and horizontally. You can even use it on the area above your lips. It takes about two to four minutes to complete a treatment. Just make sure you sterilize the roller with isopropyl alcohol before and after each use, or infection is a possibility. And make sure your face and your hands are very clean when you do a treatment. After a treatment, soothe your skin with your favorite serum and moisturizer. It's really that easy! And the results are quick and spectacular! Of course, I have pores in my facial skin, we all do, but no one can see them. I have no discolorations, no blemishes, no fine lines or wrinkles, etc. And I am definitely over thirty. The texture of my skin is wonderful and dewy, practically glowing. It's so good that I rarely wear makeup any longer except during a stage performance. This is one of the easiest, and fastest, things I've ever done for my skin, and it's given me spectacular results. I even purchased one for a relative. Try it! I think you're going to love it!

Pros & Cons
Overall, I HIGHLY recommend for sensitive faces prone to dryness, puffiness, and acne. Pros: - Helps tighten your face and make it feel more firm. For some, it helps make their skin feel less tight. - Gives your face that good scratch on an itch you never knew you had. - Feels amazing on your skin. - Opens your pores. - REALLY helps with facial scarring from acne. - I HIGHLY recommend using a facial serum or moisturizer afterward. - Really cute. - Easy to clean (I usually pour about a teaspoon of alcohol in the part that the roller sits in so to disinfect and then run the roller under hot water to rinse off the alcohol and clean the plastic container.) I recommend rinsing the alcohol off the roller to prevent any facial burning or irritation after use. - With serum and moisturizer, it helped me with facial puffiness, redness, dryness, scaring, and acne. Cons: - Normally causes a facial redness for about 20-30 minutes after use (which you should expect considering your rolling tiny needles over your face) - Can sometimes squeak but it is not obnoxious or loud. Important: - Always clean after use by soaking in alcohol for 30-60 seconds AND rinsing under hot water for the most effectiveness and cleanliness. - DO NOT OVERUSE. Overusing this product can and will cause more harm than good as it can damage your skin cells rather than rejuvenating them. If new to using this product or any alike, start using once every other day or every three days to see how your skin reacts and do not use it right before leaving the house as your skin will be a tad irritated at first. - Do not use with makeup on your face. Use before or later that evening when you have washed your face. - Always use after washing your face and use with a serum or moisterizor to help with any irritation and to further help and heal your skin.
