Good Quality plastic for Natural Lip balm preparation

Twisting mechanism unreliabe
I have used this product container, to prepare Lip balm in a stick. First few days the motion of twisting worked well both ways.But, after that it only rolls out, the twisting motion is unable to roll down the balm back into the container. I had to push it back.The balm is firm and of right consistency.

The quality is good ,shines good ,as you can see it has short cap on it either you make lipbalm stick or lipstick as per your wish .it is a roll on and reuseable container/tube and. I find it little bit costly but ok .

Hopeless container
Doesn't even deserve 1 star.I am selling homemade lipbalms and tried this container.1. Doesn't rotate properly2. Once the lipbalm is stuffed, after rotating it, lip balm comes out but reverse rotation doesn't make the lip balm go inside completelyMy buyers are upset about this container
