Absolutely love this bird feeder! The camera quality is excellent — clear images and videos even in different lighting conditions. The solar panel is very convenient, so I don’t have to worry about charging. Setup was easy and the app works smoothly. It’s so fun to get notifications and watch birds up close. Definitely adds a special touch to the backyard. Highly recommend! 🐦✨

So far so good! We’re getting a ton of visitors (150-300daily), and in the winter we get very few days of direct sunlight, so the solar panel has a tough time keeping up. With that said we have to bring the camera in for a full recharge about once a week, which isn’t a big deal. App is really good, the $5/mo for birds id is worth it, seems pretty accurate, only had 1 visitor that we believe was misidentified (chickadee) but it looks very similar to other chickadee’s, so I get it… if the app factored in location, it would probably be more accurate. Overall, we love it. Picture is clear, no issues!

At first, we were pleased with the feeder. Once the birds located it, we started to get traffic and the video and pictures caught the action. As reviews mention, the identification of birds is helpful and generally accurate. The facts and AI tools were integrated nicely. Unfortunately the camera stopped working after 3 days. Unlike other cameras which have become a part of our daily lives, this camera has no physical reset button. When the camera froze and none of the lights worked, there was no easy way to reset it. The response I received from customer service reiterated the information that is on the website. It indicated that it needs to charge (had attempted multiple times with different chargers) and they recommend charging through a laptop which is very specific and not something we have access to in my house. If the problem is resolved and a result of a defective unit, I’d be willing to adjust the rating. At this point though, I feel disappointed and that other options might be better choices for smart bird feeders.

I love that it’s focused strictly on the feeder and not broadcasting my unraked backyard to the internet. The Technical Highlights: Stunning Camera Quality: The 2K HD video and 5MP photos are incredibly crisp. The HDR sensor makes the colors of the birds pop beautifully. The slow-motion video feature is an absolute showstopper for capturing them mid-flight. Set it and Forget it (mostly): The setup was a breeze. We downloaded the app, paired it via Bluetooth, hooked it up to our 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, and used the included hanger to pop it on a branch. The Solar Roof is a Lifesaver: Between chasing twins and a first-grader, I do not have time to climb a tree to charge a bird feeder. The solar roof keeps the rechargeable battery topped off automatically. Perfect Size: The 0.9L seed capacity means we only have to refill it every few days, thanks to the handy seed scoop that came in the box. The Verdict: If you have kids, get this. If you don't have kids, get this. The Birdbuddy app is incredibly user-friendly, the hardware is durable and weatherproof, and the sheer joy of getting a crystal-clear, slow-motion video of a Blue Jay eating breakfast is unmatched. Worth every single penny!

Excellent gift for bird lovers or family members with children. 🐦‍⬛ We just got it #installed on a nearby tree in our backyard, then easily got set up in the APP on our iPhones.📱 We’ve had no trouble with the feeder or app thus far. This is a really good bird feeder and camera, also really easy to set up. The AI for identifying species is also pretty good. It took a couple of days for the. It’s to work out where it was, but now we have lots of daily visitors we can view and identify!

Commandé depuis la Belgique. Reçu en un jour. C'était un cadeau d'anniversaire pour mon papa. Installé hier dans son jardin. Tout fonctionne nickel ! J'en recommanderai un à l'avenir pour moi cette fois.
