This device is a space saver in a small distribution box, but the center 40a breaker isn't designed to trip both legs simultaneously, and that has the potential to create a hazard. If you have the an extra breaker space, you would be safer with a 2" wide double pole breaker and a 1" wide duplex single pole breaker. And probably would save a few $$ as well.
