My sprayer is npw working well
This replacement pump is functioning well. It was quickly delivered & the price was much cheaper than ordering from the manufacturer. While I have absolutely no complaints with this pump, I recommend that anyone who purchases a Fimco sprayer, make sure you drain it when not used in cold weather. I had never used the sprayer, wasn't even out of the box, when I discovered the pump had cracked. The factory runs water through the pump to check for leaks before packaging them up for retail sale, something they neglect to tell the consumer.( I learned this by calling the manufacturer.) So when the consumer stores the sprayer for the winter in cold climates, the factory placed water freezes, expands, & cracks the pump. But it can be easily & quickly replaced by purchasing through Amazon.

Great Pump
Purchased this pump as a replacement for a Fimco branded sprayer. This little pump has twice the GPM as the original pump, but we are also using a different larger nozzle for spraying, so it was more appropriate anyway. We use this sprayer as an ATV mounted unit to spray several acres of food plots on a hunting lease and it never gave us any problems, actually the increased flow of chemical made the spraying much better with a heavier spray allowing the operator to move along much quicker with adequate coverage than ever before. The pump fit as a direct replacement to the original Fimco pump. Mounting holes and the hose connections were exact matches and the wiring harness plugged right in.

Good pump so far
Received the Fimco pump today and installed it on my spray tank. The pump looks fairly sturdy even though the entire body is made of plastic. I didn't like the hose fittings as they just press into the pump, sealed by one O ring and held in by a sliding plastic plate that engages a groove in the fitting. Three fittings came with the pump, one 3/8", one 1/2" and one threaded. I really needed two of the 3/8" fittings, but had to make do with the 1/2". I felt that two of each should have been included. If a person was to break one of the fittings, they are specialty parts not available except from Fimco. Aside from the fittings, the pump primed it's self immediately. It sprays strong, there are no leaks, on demand switch works great. Absolutely no complaints with the function of this pump. While I find the fittings pretty flimsy, the function of the pump makes it worth the money. I'd have to recommend it.

Pumps Straight Up Three Stories
We use this on demand pump to transfer purified water up a long pole and through a brush for cleaning. It has no problem pumping water up three stories with plenty of volume. I've owned about 10 or 12 of these pumps over the years. They are quick and easy to change out. They seem to last us a couple years. They are ideal for us...

Perfect switch out
Am using the pump on my 25 gallon sprayer for my Avocado grove. When the old pump failed I needed a pump that would basically plug in and match my screw holes on the sprayer body. The Fimco was an economical choice and, upon receipt, I found a perfect match when mounting it. I like the in-line fusing, something I did not have on the old pump. Now I'll have to wait to see about durability but that is going to take a number of years. The old pump lasted 8-10 years, I'm expecting the new one to match that performance.

Perfect Replacement for Previous Pump for my 15 gallon Spray Tank
Replacement pump was easy to install once I was able to removed the old pump (2 screws from old pump were frozen from rust), My spray tank is working like new again.Glad I was able to search and find the replacement pump on Amazon! This time I will periodically spray the mounting screws with oil, just in case I have to replace the pump again.

Going on my third pump, only good for 100 gallons.
Bought this as a direct replacement for my 30 gallon yard sprayer in July of 2015, I sprayed my yard 3 times last summer and barely got my yard done with the first spray for this year and the pump has completely lost pressure just like the one it replaced. If you are planning on moderate to heavy use for this pump plan on replacing it after about every 100 gallons. I plan to find a better brand to replace it with this time around (which if your keeping count will make 3 pumps).

Exact replacement for my spray unit, but stated capacities may be misleading to some people.
G.P.M. Capacity: This pump will produce a little over the stated 2.1 G.P.M. but this is not under load. It will not pump that much at the spray nozzle.P.S.I. Capacity: The rated 60 P.S.I. is the cut-off pressure, not the working pressure. This pump has a little over 40 P.S.I at the nozzle. This is sufficient for most ground spraying but if you are spraying trees with the nozzle set for a small stream, it would be best if working pressure was 50 to 55 P.S.I.The pump that this one replaced lasted 2 1/2 to 3 years. I would recommend this pump for replacement, but I wish the pump manufactures of this type of pump would list the actual working pressure of their pumps and not the cut-off pressure.
