Stretching and Back Pain Relief [3 Piece Set] by Mandelbrot

I received my Mandelbrot Yoga X Three Piece Yoga Wheel & Back Stretcher about a week ago and I have used it every day. I have a lot of back problems that I am hoping to gain some relief from. I used the large wheel first and I heard a fair amount of popping and definitely felt the stretch. The wheel is stable but doesn't really fit between my shoulder blades. I tried the medium wheel but it was a bit too much for me. it was uncomfortable and I think I need to work my way into the smaller diameter slowly.I see some minor separation of the foam padding on the small wheel, like some of the previous reviews state. It is intact, though I can see it coming loose with use.I am perfectly happy with the set for the money.

I wasn't expecting much, assuming I would only use for stretching here and there. I used it for approximately 5 minutes the first two days and I felt immediate relief. My back, shoulders, neck and even hip flexors felt so much looser. Lately, I've been using all three wheels, once in the morning and once at night. I put the large wheel down and do a few simple stretches with it rolling underneath my back- up and down the spine. I "hang out" for a few minutes with it underneath my upper back and then change to my lower back, and the effects are immediate. Then, I use the medium and small wheels for more targeted stretching. The medium is great for upper back and neck stretching while prone, and the small one works great for leg stretches.

The reviewer who shared the picture of her smallest wheel's padding coming off - I have the same thing. the small wheel is a bust! but the medium and large wheels are great, and worked wonders. i dont see myself using the small wheel much, hopefully i can glue it down? and for the price....i really cant complain. the bigger two wheels are god sends. 5 stars jsut for them.

I love my Yoga wheels! I did notice that the rubber was slightly falling off on two of them, but with some superglue I was able to fix them back to good working condition. They're very sturdy. My back thanks you!

As soon as I received my yoga wheels, I starting using them. I felt an instant massage like relief from lower back pain. I am also using the smallest wheel, behind my back, while sitting at the computer, which gives my back a better sitting position. I am 100% satisfied with this product.

I chose this product because of the good reviews and best price on a 3 set but I was unforntunate enough to receive a wheel with the pad already off when I opened the box. I was going to try and glue it myself but it seems like there’s too much pad in length because it doesn’t fit right. The other wheels seem very well built but I fear the pads will peel off sooner than later considering the small one did during shipment.

Good yoga wheels. I’ve been going to the free yoga classes at my university and have been using their wheels. With this I have my own set and don’t have to worry about wiping down others sweat and nasty. Comes with a nice box and looks great. Seems good quality and should last long!

This rollers have been great! I use them one time per day. If I had to make a suggestion, I don't really need 3 rings, but only use one (the largest size). Maybe you could offer just the large one as a separate item for sale.
