Chiropractor suggested I use this product
This is a really helpful product for your joints. I have to take 4 pills a day to get relief, which is what my Chiropractor suggested and when I try to cut back to 3 or 2 pills a day I don't get the results I want. So I will continue to stay on 4 pills a day.

Hard to swallow!
I normally love this brand so I am sorry to give the Total JT Plus only 3 stars. I just hate trying to swallow these things. They are very dry, uncoated, and hard to swallow. The company should fix this. I'm throwing them out so I don't have to face them again.
