Not recommended unless you plan to cut down sugar intake
It is clearly mentioned "LOW SUGAR" and because of that, the tea tastes blunt and more like water only. Unless you are careful about sugar consumption, I suggest you NOT to purchase this. As for preparation, it is easy to prepare and easy to handle.
