I ordered this lamp for an outside veranda. At the time of ordering they only had one in stock as I was looking for a pair. The lamp itself is beautiful and as the previous reviewer stated is well made and creates a great light on our white walls and ceiling. I then order a second for the same area and unfortunately (and this could have been me) I received the same lamp only a bigger size. I emailed them and explained the issue and could not fault the customer service. They responded within a few hours and assured me that they would rectify and send the right sized item. I now have both lamps hanging in our outside veranda area and they look absolutely fantastic. They are not cheap lamps but in my view they are worth every penny spent.

I bought this light to hang in the corner of my bedroom. It’s really well made and very pretty. It produces lovely shadows on the walls around the light. The hanging chain / cable is very long and we had to cut it in half for the light to hang about a metre from the ceiling.
