It's a finest quality product hardly nothing will happen in any circumstances, my younger one throughs every day but still it's not yet broken, he also enjoys water drinking from it

The quality of the product is very good. It would be better of the cap wasn't so heavy, especially since it can be opened quite easily... my 8 month old has dropped it on his feet quite a few times, and it hurts!

The product has been discontinued by Philips
My toddler who is teething bit three out of four avent bendy straw cups we have with us. When searching for replacement straw teat, it was not available and came to know that the product has been discontinued. I request philips to continue with the product since it is very good. Also request them to make replacement straws available so that people can use it.When contacted philips support helpline, I was simply told that the product has been discontinued and that the concern cannot be addressed or escalated. Also I was told to purchase a new one which is very ridiculous.
