These are the best looking ceiling tiles I could find. I wanted a completely smooth look and don’t want to spend an arm and a leg. These are exactly what I was looking for. I left 4 out of 5 stars because there were some that had small marks that wouldn’t come off. We used these ones for edge pieces. They are super easy to cut and install. They are light weight and the winning factor is how they look.

Replaced acoustic tile in my wood shop that was a dust magnet. I used the old tiles as a pattern for any cuts required. Very easy to cut and install. The only issue was ceiling heating vents required a wood substructure as the tiles are thin and by themselves could not support the air deflectors.

The product itself is beautiful and easy to work with. I have notified the seller that they need to package in heavier boxes. I ordered 9 boxes and all came ripped and partially opened. One box needed to be replaced due to damage. The replacement also came ripped open. A problem if working with a contractor on a time schedule especially since both delivery dates were then revised at later dates.

I have been using these tiles to slowly replace the drop ceiling in our basement. They look fantastic! But what impressed me more was the ease of working with the company that sells them. My most recent order was marked "undeliverable" as something had happened to the product in transit. I reached out and basically that same day was informed that a new box had been sent. It arrived shortly thereafter, and like every other order, has been great! Looking forward to finishing our basement ceiling soon!
