ReSound UniteTM Phone Clip+ by Resound

Unfortunately my phone is too old/cheap to be fully connected to my hearing aids, but I didn't want to buy a new/more expensive phone just for that. Eventually I got this phone clip and keep asking myself why I didn't do this any sooner! I mainly plan to use it to stream music without having to take out the hearing aids and put in my headphones every time. I love that when I have the volume on low, I can still hear when someone is talking to me and that I can use any setting from my hearing aids to improve the sound. I have yet to find out how long the battery will last, but I look forward to having my own silent disco now whenever I feel like it.

Fantastic device but with a few caveats. The pocket clip has a tendency to break after some time, the silver cover can fall off, usually because one of the retaining clips has broken. Mine has just had the usb charging port fall off, making it useless. GN resound is not interested in repairing any of the known issues outside of warranty. My suggestion is to keep it in a pouch around your neck or top pocket to avoid any damage and be very careful with the charging port. Other than that it really is a good device and music is the best I've ever heard, despite owning numerous headphones, amps, etc. Phone calls are clear and there is loads of volume.

Easy for my husband to use to connect his hearing aids. They worked great. A little expensive but worth every penny.

An excellent device that allows you to connect your GN Resound hearing aid to your bluetooth enabled smart phone. Being profoundly hard of hearing this little device has made a marvellous difference to my life in being able to communicate more effectively when out and about with a mobile. It also plays your music/videos from the phone and if you have an IPad, that as well. Very useful to have and intuitive to use. Very impressed with the quality so far and the clarity! Wearing an NHS hearing aid is no longer a dreaful thing to contemplate. I have to congratulate them for getting a quality product that allows you to connect to the real world so effectively.

I purchased this device to connect to both my laptop (Apple MacBook) and Android mobile phone. This was so that I could do Zoom calls and have the ability to listen to music whilst I worked. The product is well built, connects very easily and vocal audio is acceptable. However, for music, it was not suitable. The music was very tinny, even with the Bass Boost option enable via the mobile phone app. So, as music was the primary use for this device I have returned it as unsuitable.

This is a replacement for a previous version which the puppy chewed up. This is even better as it puts the caller's voice in both my hearing aids. I cannot make sensible phone calls without this as my hearing loss is severe to profound so this restores my ability to communicate! Quality product swiftly delivered.

Haven't used it yet for phone calls but bought this mainly to stream music/radio/tv to my hearing aids and it works brilliantly for this. So much easier than removing aids and switching headphones - better audio quality too. Haven't tried it outside yet (due to lockdown) but am hoping the bluetooth will still work OK outside the home. Looking forward to using it as much as I can.

Connections to PC and phone nice and easy. Can listen to music or watch films while wife watches her crime dramas! Keep forgetting to turn it off as I keep it on the shelf under the TV. Range is good.
