I purchased the 2.5 GPM chrome shower head with pause. This is a well built quality product. Unlike cheap plastic shower heads, this metal shower head looks and feels durable. I love the solid feel , long hose and finish. The 3 spray settings work well l only use the wide setting. The long hose makes it easier to clean the shower and comes in handy to wash my dog. The shower head is easy to install. I didn’t use t thread tape because all of the components has r rubber washers. I like the washers because it ensures a leak free install. All of the components from the hose holder, pause fitting, hose and shower head fit together well. There were no leaks after installation. The pause function is useful but restricts the water pressure too much. Sometimes the water flow feels normal but most of the time it feels like the water is not strong. I removed the pause fitting and the water pressure is a lot better. The hose holder should be allowed to rotate freely so the fitting can be tightened independently to the shower pipe extension. The holder always ended facing the wrong direction. I ended up with a tighter connection than I wanted to get holder to face vertically. Overall, this shower head is a great value for the money. The cost is reasonable compared to other similar shower heads. Easy installation and long hose are a plus. I plan on purchasing another one for the second shower.

This showerhead is Wonderful. I got it because I needed an extra long hose to wash my dog in the shower and it was the perfect length. It has three great spray options. It is heavy duty (made of quality material). Definitely worth the money. If I were the seller, I would sell it for more, its worth it, although I'm glad they didn't. I don't understand people complaining about water pressure in a few of the comments. Your water pressure doesn't originate from a shower head it comes from your pipes. I may be wrong, but I don't believe a shower head has the ability to substantially increase your homes water pressure. Ease of cleaning is a weird question to me because I always bleach down my entire shower (I have a shower only/no bathtub) every couple of days so my showerheads stay clean. But if you had to clean this after allowing it to get gross, it would be easy to clean. The only improvement I would say they could make would be the little on/off option on the neck of the shower head. When you're holding it (if you take it off the stand) you will keep accidentally pushing it on or off while you're trying to hold it. But this is not a flaw but something that would make it more user-friendly. Hasn't leaked or cracked. It reminds me of the quality of things we used to buy that last forever. I believe this will last me a long time. :)

I wanted metal components to its core, and not a mix of metal and plastic coated like most others. I was aiming to replace the aging and discolored, plastic shower head that had come with the apartment. I suddenly had the urge to start fresh with a brand new, all metal shower head and hose for peace of mind and larger water coverage. If you're looking for all metal, constructed with care, this should be your best bet for the money. In less than 10 minutes I had already had it set up and was testing it. No leaks, no problems, first time a charm. Everything is well packaged and sealed, and it includes the tape that is standard for screwing on any water fixtures. There are 3 settings but I don't see myself using the "massage" setting, and here and there maybe the "mist". The massage is a concentrated, harder feeling, narrower stream. It will not pulse or dance or change nozzles if you know what I mean. The head doesn't leak when I turn off the water. It stays in place which is nice, and changing between modes is easy. No complaints about the pressure. By researching models prior to purchasing, I understand it's common that there are ways to possibly enhance the pressure by removing an o-ring/washer inside most fixtures. You could probably do it to this one as well but I'm satisfied with how the water feels. "Designed in San Diego, constructed in China". I have no major gripes and will update if there are any issues. You can tell the company cares about making a quality product. I also like their commitment to customer service and their online presence including Youtube videos.

Just got done installing it, which was a breeze. After giving it a try, I noticed there are zero leaks anywhere. It works exactly as advertised and the mist feature, which is what I bought it specifically for, is wonderful. Very fine mist, better than my old showerhead that had the same feature. The handheld is very light, and feel sturdy. The rotating “switch” for the various modes has a satisfying “click” when used. I left the flow restricter on because I think it’s fine as it is, but google gemini AI explained how to remove it, and it seems easy enough. I really like the color too! Overall great purchase!

We love this new shower head. It looks great and works well in our bathtub shower. It sprays well in all settings and is a big improvement over the last one.

I’ve had the showerhead for a month or two now. It has three different settings however, I tend to use just the main one. It’s sturdy, but certainly not heavy as some reviews have said. I’m very pleased with my purchase and would buy it again in a heartbeat.

The product arrives early and is packaged extremely well. It is a solid build and is very attractive. It was an extremely easy install. This is my second showerhead from them. I have had the first one for over a year and there has been no problems whatsoever. It is made with high grade steel and copper, so is not going to crack like the ones I have purchased before. We have 2 4 piece bathrooms, and I have probably bought over 10 showerhead replacements, they were most plastic and made by supposedly valid companies-not cheap-ranging around 70$. The one in my lower bathroom broke after a year and a half 2 days ago. I am sick of replacing these plastic shower items. So I purchased another Hammerhead showerhead so I don't have to do this again. Wonderful US product. Lifetime warranty. All the things you need are in the box including the tools, plumbers tape, easy instructions etc. This company rocks! And it made in the USA. I'm Canadian and I'm only buying products from Canada and the US. I highly recommend this product. Thank you Brand Hammerhead Showers for making a product that lasts, is beautiful! Also, it saves the environment by not having to throw those plastic showerheads into the landfill. Which there must be millions! Can't recycle those plastic ones.

I finally made the switch (after quite a bit of research) to an all metal shower head. Every shower head I’ve owned previously has been made out of polished plastic and has broken down after 1 to 1.5 years of use. The most recent was a MOEN Engage 26112. It looked and functioned great, but like all the previous ones I’ve owned, the plastic adapter that screws into the valve that comes out of the shower wall slowly cracked over time (most probably due to the shift in cold and hot water that streams through the steel valve). The shower head then proceeded to sputter and water sprayed from the cracks of the adapter. I had enough, and jumped on the Hammerhead Shower head. It came packaged with a lot of thought. Each piece was wrapped in a cloth bag and also had some heft (esp. the piece that screws into the steel valve coming out of my shower wall). Instructions were included and various bonus items (like plumber’s tape (who does that anymore??), a small wrench, extra valve washers). It’s one of the most complete sets I’ve seen (in a long time). Large manufacturers like MOEN and Delta have gone the cheaper route by manufacturing cheap plastic shower heads that continuously end up in the landfill, but Hammerhead Showers really put a lot of thought into their products. The shower ran great this morning with the 3 included spray modes (regular, rain mist and jet), no leaks at all. I may have just converted into a new Hammerhead customer.

Very impressed. Finally a quality made product at a reasonable price. It’s hard to find in a big box store. The options are various high priced, low quality, fancy design alternatives. This company should offer sink and similar products too.

Nice, heavy, solid quality. There are three simple settings. One mist setting, one strong powerful massage setting, and one wide, almost rain shower setting. I am totally happy with the quality of this showerhead. Even the metal hose seems to be of superior quality. The only reason this item gets only four stars, is that the wide rain shower setting is not very strong. It's funny, because the massage setting is almost too strong. I'm not sure why this is the case. Nevertheless, I will enjoy this showerhead for many, many years I'm sure.

This product does exactly what it says it will and is worth your money if that's what you need, but that's not the point. I am so impressed with how much attention to detail HammerHead has put into packaging this product. I bought this fully expecting to put on my inadequately qualified "plumber" hat to install it, borrow a bunch of plumber tools, make a giant leaky mess when my installation went wrong, etc. Nope. The showerhead comes with a spanner wrench and silicone tape. It comes with all the washers and seals, placed where they ought to be, and packaged carefully so nothing gets lost, dinged, or damaged during delivery, unpacking, and installation. And even then, there are extra washers if you're a klutz like me (the one I lost did turn up eventually when I was cleaning everything up, but losing it didn't derail my installation)! In my opinion, that level of attention to detail and care is beyond consideration for the end user and has earned my kudos and recommendations. One minor setback: I think the brand new showerhead I was replacing was metric. Regardless, the nut on its shower arm thread was slightly bigger than the included spanner wrench, and I did need another tool to get my showerhead off. I imagine that if my showerhead had been imperial, I could have used the included wrench to get it off. All of that is my conjecture, though, as I am, as I mentioned, not actually a plumber. I AM having excellent showers now, so thank you!
