If you want a quick side dish, it's so easy. I cook them and have baked wings.

Because this is fine ground, if you cook it for grits to cooks very fast and gets too soft. I had to use a little less water and that worked out well for me making grits.

Great tasting.

Good product I just did not care for the way it’s packaged. It’s like a cloth bag that once you open, you have to find someplace to store it in.

This polenta is of a great quality. It’s a bargain of a price and can also be used to make cornbread or morning grits.

I've purchased this polenta meal several times and just love it. My polenta is always creamy and never lumpy. Has a great overall flavor. Direction on package my it easy for those that need a quick reference.BEWARE of other posts that give negative reviews and claim it's too fine of a meal. It is CLEARLY stated on the package that it's finely gound. So if you prefer a more course of a texture /polenta then this isn't for you.Also note, that the bag it comes in isnt the best. Its like buying flour from the store, when you grab the bag a little puffs out. Otherwise I think this product is great and will continue to purchase it.
