Found this book very useful for a quick revision. A must for CSE/IT engineers. Lucid and relevant for brushing up concepts.

Pros: +Easy to understand +topic wise material +Short notes +Cheap Cons: -Contains just basics (NOT RECOMMENDED FOR GATE) -Only theory -No Questions Don't just blindly buy this book just b'coz of higher rating and lower pricing. If you are going to buy it, just keep in mind that you will still have to look for questions or have to refer some other books, YouTube etc. Instead of buying this you should go for solved papers.

if you are preparing for any job exam like KVS PGT Computer Science or IBPS IT Officer or any other exam related to computer science this book is good for revision. If you are preparing for GATE CS then for theory part revision this book is good but it don't contains any numerical questions.

It's a perfect book for keep remembering the basics for many different purposes including exams, but one should not dependent on it fully for any kind of exams or so. Printing is good and clear. It's doesn't shows the year of edition but assume later 2017 or so. Anyway it's a good book for revising your syllabus to remember some basics topics belongs to computer science.

This book has too much incorrect information regarding many concepts. Also some important concepts are missed out and a large number of grammatical mistakes can be found throughout the book. So if you wish to really get a handbook on CSE/IT either get a good book on GATE preparation or use the internet tutorials for individual subjects. This book is worthless even for ₹160 that I spent. I am not using the book at all... I am using internet tutorials instead. Unfortunately I am unable to return it anymore coz I wrote my name on it and marked the first two chapters of the book with pencil... 😐
