After talking to one of my clients recently I realised I had become a bit of a supplement snob. I haven't used creatine in years and only occasionally take protein shake. I decided to give creatine another try and went for Kre-Alalyn as friend of mine used it a while back and seen good results. I have been using it for 2 weeks now and yes strength has increased slightly (I am a power lifter so I knew I wasn't going to be adding 20 kilo plates over night) but what has actually been more beneficial to me is quicker recovery between sets , usually when I shorten the rest period my strength suffers but with this it does not. Now whether that can be attributed more to better cell hydration , an effect on ATP re-synthesis or a combination of both I'm not certain. Also when I do some higher rep accessory work I'm getting VERY intense pumps. I can honestly say I will be reordering and for £20 I'm very happy. I used Amazon Prime so can't comment on standard delivery but mine came within 2 days.

Here is where creatine is a mine field ,deciding which is best and which brand works best is a job all in itself,so where to start? well first ignore anything that is not buffered creatine,if its not buffered it reaches the stomach and you basically lose up to 40% of its power there,buffered creatine reaches you with around 90% or more and is distributed as it should be and not destroyed in the stomach like inferior creatine and also there is less risk of undesirable waste product occurring in your body,something that is very serious indeed. EFX are the ones that brought buffered creatine to the athletics worlds attention and has been a staple in anyone's supplement since that day,there are many others claiming to be buffered but in fact are just false claims and will become apparent after digesting them and getting the dreaded cramps and undesirable side effects which can even be very painful if you suffer I.B.S like i do. This brand is the best on the market and will blow you away if you are using just regular creatine at present,it instantly will become apparent that this is a completely different beast providing you buy the real genuine product and brand,i must warn you there are some fake versions being sold as i have become foul of these practises myself but luckily i have found a genuine seller and supply on Amazon. Do not hesitate or hinder your efforts in the gym with poor quality inferior products,go with EFX buffered PH correct creatine and you will see results with 2 days max,just remember to double or triple water intake when using and unlike regular creatine there is no loading phase or cycle routines with buffered creatine.

I tried this product on recommendation from one of the big lads at the gym. I have tried Creatine Monohydrate before and had to go through a bit of discomfort with kidney pain. However, the alkalised formula in these capsules means no loading phase required and less overall creatine being taken (as it is all absorbed) The results have been good. I have been measuring all reps sets and weight used and my strength gains have been steady. I also started intermittent fasting 16:8 about 4 weeks ago and have found that even when working out 15 hours into the daily fast, the strength is there and no loss of muscle whilst losing fat. Definitely worth a try even if you've struggled with a creatine product before.

I always get the usual side affects from creatine, the bloating, trapped wind sickly feeling (especially with the powders). I get none of that from using Kre Alkalyn, strength and energy levels increase well when using this and there is a great reduction in fatigue day to day in the gym. It says to take 2 before and two after the workout - i find this strange as with any 'creatine' you're trying to saturate your muscles to get the best affects. I take 6 per day until all 240 are used up then cycle off it for a month before starting again, and i find this works well for me. would highly recommend you try this product if you have any of the side affects of creatine monohydrate use.
