I ordered 3 of these to start, and for the price and quality of light quickly designed into the rest of our build. 20+ lights later this is our go to light

I ordered these for my commercial building because of the look. Please be aware that the quality of these lights is marginal. In about half of the lights I received the ballast came undone because it was being held in place by tiny screws that gave way. Since I already installed many of these, I am stuck with them. Again, they looks awesome but please be aware that you might have quite a few dead on arrival units!!

Horrible experience. Ends came bent. I reached out to seller, and after many back and forths, they want to send me another one. I asked for a refund, but they would not give it because it was over 30 days. I only opened it just now and discovered the damage and send the pictures immediately. I would not recommend this. The price is good, but you get what you pay for. I didn't even bother installing them because they came with physical damages.

I'm pleased with the quality for the price. It is a nice looking fixture and puts out a lot of light.

We installed 8 of these in our renovated office. They are bright! We initially intended to hang them at the same level as the beam in the image. However, they created such a blinding effect we needed to put them up pretty high. They were still bright so we had to purchase two dimmer switches (we have two rows of lights we want to independently control) at $90 each from the local electrician. As far as we could determine, and off the shelf dimmer switch from Home Depot will not work. These dimmer switches are electronic dimmers. The instructions are poor, as you can expect from a direct from China product.

Product is not 0-10v active, so basically this is dimmed via a 2 wire pot, not accurate described in listing so I'm removing 2 stars, now I have to gut this and install my own parts. Led panel and body are nice though doesn't generate alot of heat easy to wire and service with convenient access panel mounting accessories are also convenient. Update: opened light and installed a 15$ dimmer inbetween the power supply and led cob dims properly with active 10v signal and work how I want, leaving at 3 stars though since I had to modify the light. Update: light fell into my aquarium (because of accident nothing to do with product) light was halfway hanging in water for at least 10 minutes product continued to function underwater and after removed and dried out still functions, very impressed by the quality as its not even rated for use around water, adding a star back for this.

The product was received in working condition but was missing essential components that required the seller to ship replacements. Some of the screw holes necessary for mounting were not tapped properly and required retapping. As expected for cheap rebranded chinese garbage.
