VortexOptics Viper HD Roof Prism Binoculars 12x50

These binoculars are super clear with a bright image. Love the 12 power and the wide field of vision provided by 50mm lenses. This replaces my 10 power binos. What a difference. I use them almost exclusively on my boat while fishing. In large bodies of water many objects of interest are a long way off so the 12 power lenses are a big advantage. They are a little pricey, but worth it. It comes with a very comfortable neck strap and a nice carrying case which I personally won't use. I tried the Vortex Razor binoculars which cost $1200. They weren't any better than this Viper model which is half the price.

So far so good. Tight package. Easy to use. Image is clear. Seems like really good optics and design.

Needed a pair of binoculars for my Bugout bag. This company got these to me in one day. Is it bad I learned how to use binoculars at 42 years old? Haha. So that being said I don't really have any basis for comparison but damn these do the thing. Bought from a company on Amazon called Eurooptics. Make sure and give them your business. They're clear. Great HD quality I haven't gotten to use them alot. But if you're a beginner these are the bees knees. Ya feel. I'm just a concerned Goyim.

These binoculars are very high quality. The price was good and the delivery was on time. My only complaint was that the owner's manual states to protect the lenses use the eye and tethered lens covers. I never received the eye lens covers. I emailed the company's customer service and haven't received a response. I called the company and could never get through. UPDATE: The authorized dealer (EuroOptics) was not very supportive. I contacted Vortex and they couldn’t be more helpful. They are sending me the missing eye covers at no charge. I love the binoculars. Crystal clear and powerful.

I really like the Vortex lineup. I have another pair of binoculars, and a spotting scope. All great products. I bought these for a second pair and did not need to buy another top of the line pair. They do everything well. I am a wildlife photographer and do a lot of spotting and watching. I let others look through them and they can't believe the quality. I cannot justify swarovski. I do not make enough money from photography to justify. These cut through the heat waves almost as well. They view deep into the dusk, but not even close to using the spotting scope. I use them often enough to justify the price. They will last a life time. I take care of my equipment and there is almost nothing to wear out. Razor HD is a better pair if you really only need one binocular. Can't go wrong with Vortex. My only complaint for these or any other binocular is the cheap eye cap cover.

Order came in 3 days early thats A+ , package came in clean ,well secure, and then DRUM ROLL. after thinking and over thinking of what king or brand of binoculars to get, well I decided to go with my gut feeling of purchasing the VORTEX VIPER HD ,(since i already have vortex scopes on my 3 rifles) the binos(12x50) feel good in my hand ,focus was no problem ,locking diopter is awesome , binos also came with cary bag wich i was surprise and suoer happy , also came with the neck strap and best of all lens covers. Im super happy with vortex viper hd and also the price was just under $550. I can see 1000 + yards with eezzzz ,,, guys this is a must have buy the HD is well worth it. IM NOW ORDERING VORTEX SPOTTING SCOPE

Great image quality. Seems very ruged, and durable. And having the 12x magnification really helps to see a good distance.

Clear glass and performance is as expected
