I had tendinitis near my wrist and the splint healed it after about two weeks. The tighter you place the strap on the splint, the less range of motion you have around your wrist, which is necessary for healing, since rotating one’s wrist can irritate the impacted area and delay healing. Splint was comfortable and easy cleanable with bucket and soap water.

Palm and wrist get clammy. Neoprene,nylon, and polyester are not breathable. It does keep me from flexing wrist and jamming injury and I can still use my fingers. Only worn for 2 days, so will have to wait to see if it helps.

It works great yo. The only thing is it chafes my thumb between the forefinger. But that can be because my thumb is to big or the hole to small. Either way, it does what it supposed to do. I hurt my wrist and the brace has been keeping it pretty stable without moving around or causing any more pain. Works like a charm yo

I tried using these for my carpal tunnel at night, but my hands kept swelling and being red and very sore when I woke up. I seriously question if there's any latex in these, which I'm allergic to. I looked all over the description, box they came in, and website. Couldn't find any info, but I wouldn't suggest using if you have latex allergy. I didn't realize until it was past the return date.

It is comfortable than my other splint. I just learned I have carpal tunnel by wearing this splint it helps a lot. I like how it is not super long. It fits just right.
