It's baking soda and lemon juice
For a regular user, these are ideal; but anyone with a tub of baking soda already has this product in powder form. The ingredients on the back refer to sodium bicarbonate by different names.

Not strong enough
It doesn't clean well enough. Make sure you scrub the item first, and then soak it in water with the tablet (better make it two).

I used 2 tablets for my yeti cup and the brown tea stains came right off. I just added boiling water and dropped the tablets in and waited an hour. Looks like a brand new cup.
