Clips are incredibly sturdy and well made; will hold heavy cards to tiny thin photos; better than I had anticipated. Lights are a very dim soft yellow, won't light up any room but makes a nice "night light" effect. Mine are hung over my wet bar and I've already gotten several nice compliments on them, just slowly adding pictures :) To people that complained the remote or functions of the lights didn't work properly..... Mine didn't either when I initially plugged them in, probably my fault as I started pressing buttons on remote BEFORE reading directions. (swear this is all i did to fix it) So I unplugged the strand and reconnected them with no issues this time, everything functions properly. Now every time you turn them off then back on you have to reset which setting you want the lights on, but they do perform exactly as according to the directions.

For me, I hung up a Mandela and put the stringed lights over it. It looks absolutely stunning and just so SO AMAZING!! I very much recommend this product. There were NO DELAYS ON ARRIVAL!! I get so many compliments about this product I got. Works PERFECT in my bedroom!

The product is easy to use, and has several modes for different light effect which allows me to vary the effect for different days or to create different moods.The remote is useful to allow for the fiddling of the different modes without having the press the manual botton. The brightness of the LEDs are quite good and can almost be used like night lights. Overall, the product seems very good. I have only used it for a short while, will see if the brightness of the holds up.

My first order came broken but the company was quick to refund and I got another order placed. The second order came in just fine and just in time for my daughter's dorm move in. She had no idea I purchased them and loved it. The strung half way around the room so her and her roommate could use the clips for pictures. They also like the different lighting options.

My daughter was so excited for these lights to go in her room. We hung them up (super easy with the hooks they give you) & they look and work great! HOWEVER, we chose these lights because they came with a remote. We pulled the plastic out of the remote upon arrival (as it says to do in the instructions) and it has never worked. With a working remote I’d have given 5 stars, but to receive an item and have it broken right out of the box is very disappointing.*** UPDATE: I changed my review to 5 stars instead of 2. The seller emailed me within minutes of my complaint and is sending me a new one promptly. FANTASTIC customer service!

First off I think these are a bit overpriced, but my daughter really wanted them. If you open slowly and untwist carefully it's not that difficult to unravel, but if you aren't careful they can easy get tangled and are a pain. The pins that come to fasten are absolutely terrible and don't hold at all. I used push pins instead and they worked fine. After I spent an hour & 1/2 getting them perfectly aligned on the wall and around the border of the room we started hanging photos and that's when we realized about 6 of the clips were broken. I was too exhausted to take it all down to return so we're just going to deal with it rather than go through the hassle. The remote works well the lights are bright.

I got these for my daughter who will be going to college in a couple of months. She used them in her room at my house and absolutely LOVED them! Unfortunately, the wiring became disconnected from the plug and the lights stopped working a couple of weeks after we got them. We contacted customer service and not only did they offer to replace them for free, but they followed up quickly and gave us updates along the way. The lights are a great value for the money and the customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend!

I bought these for my 17 yr old daughter to display her photo prints. The lights (& remote) worked great, lots of different settings - even dimmable! They were a big hit! I didn’t realize the plug wasn’t a standard plug - it requires a USB port. Problem solved... she used her cell phone charging block. My only negative comment is about the poor packaging! They came in clear plastic baggie, twist-tied at the top with no description/instructions! I had to print my own info to put in with these, as this was a Christmas gift & I knew she would have no idea what the bundle of plastic was. Overall very happy with my purchase! Very fun! I so wanted to keep for myself ;)!
