Amazon Brand - Solimo 12-inch Plastic & Glass Analog Wall Clock - Classic Roulette (Silent Movement, Black Frame)

This wall is attractive and the same is gifted by my mother. I loved it.

Even if it looks good it stopped working in a few months. It has a warranty period of 12 months. So I called the customer care number. They told me to contact the seller. When I called seller he said that you have to call Amazon customer care. This went on for 10 to 15 days. Customer care person told me to get a deny letter from Solimo brand which they refused to give. There's no service centre available. I have wasted my 35 days and lot of time in doing this. Every time they ask for something like email from seller, invoice, then pay slip. But after providing all these things also my issue is not yet resolved. They keep me on hold for more than half an hour every time. I searched on internet about the Amazon brands including Solimo which tells that the products of these brands are China made. So you can not get any warranty. So better stay away from these brands.

Very Good product Value for Money

The product is of bad quality. The clock hands are not luminous in dark, which defeats the purpose of having this product. Worst thing is that Amazon doesn't support the refund of this item. BE CAREFUL OF BUYING SUCH PRODUCTS. Worst support from Amazon despite being a prime member.

Could have have radium dial. But looks good on the wall. Perfect size for a room.
