Will these interfere in my intermittent fasting, like breaking my fast?

Consuming any amount of calories will technically break your fast because it will be broken down and absorbed into your cells.   However, if you are mainly fasting for weight loss, then this is so insignificant that I wouldn't worry about it.

Each IQMIX hydration stick pack contains 500mg of Sodium (electrolyte) and 380mg of Potassium (electrolyte). The sodium comes from sea salt and trisodium citrate; the potassium comes from tripotassium citrate.

Well, these do not grow on trees, someone has to put these together - but the Tag phrase is: 4 brain + body nutrients Magtein The only form of magnesium absorbed by the brain. It's shown to enhance mood, memory, and focus. I recently used this on a periodic evaluation when everything appeared to be 'hitting the fan at once' and despite all that, I used one of these to boost a middle of the work-shift sag and finish all the required and add-on tasks for a successful outcome. But that's just my take. I like to work quickly, but accurately. I have been working a lot more efficiently since I have flushed most of the artificial sweeteners and processed foods - out of my diet. Another discerning family member uses this product as well.
