bought some extras of these since they have been such a hit with his orchestra friends. They aren't super thin, just the right dress-sock thickness. They are super fun and stretch to fit even my son's larger feet. He says they are super comfortable. They are functioning really well and the color is faded only a little after bi-weekly wearing and washing.

The socks came inside a cool little zip lock plastic pouch that has the company name socks and socks on it which is a cute touch to the gift.
