Junk.
The sensor was bad. Had to take to a BMW mechanic and analyzer showed no flow. Bad part.

Not OEM equivalent (picture), very poor idle
This MAF sensor did not work as advertised. As you can see in the picture the actual sensor is significantly different in size, and resulted in very poor idle for my X5 (e70, N52 engine).
