Not for ppl with thyroid conditions
I am aware that I gave this five stars, even though they gave me heart palpitations. The reason is because I didn’t know this supplement can interact with your thyroid. I take medication for hypothyroidism, and this ended up making me overactive, leading to heart palpitations. Because of this response, I can say that this supplement definitely works, and that’s why I gave it five stars. Just be cautious if you have pre-existing thyroid conditions.
