Q: Is their a weight limit for this mattress and if so what would that be?

There is no weight limit as far as popping the pad goes however at around 300 pounds the likelihood of bottoming out increases. Distributing weight over a larger area keeps this from happening.

Q: So maybe 20 deep breaths to inflate, but how easy is it deflate? I'm looking for quick pack up of camp, not spending 5-10 minutes squeezing air out.

I open the valve and let it sit for a few minutes while I do other things, and then it's pretty much flat. I fold it in half lengthwise twice, then fold the bottom up a few times, then roll, and it very easily fits back into the pouch. (rolling all the way from the bottom takes longer and it doesn't end up as narrow) I'm surprised at people who say it takes 20 breaths; I am a 5'2" female and it takes 10-11 breaths for me. Love it!

Q: So it does come with the little black air pump?

No air pump is included. It inflates quite easy without one, and you can see that each breath into it has a positive result.

Q: Could you easily put an insulated thermarest pad on top of this or would it just slide off?

I'm an ultra-lightest & I purchased this primarily for summer camping, as I don't want to have to carry the extra weight of insulation when I don't need it. For the few cold weather trips I go on (35 or colder) I went to Lowes and got a roll of this: http://www.lowes.com/pd_13358-56291-BP48025_1z13zhw__?productId=3011906&pl=1&Ntt=reflective+insulation. I cut a section out that fits under my Klymit pad and it adds an R value of 3. The roll I linked was enough to make insulation pads for myself and both my sons. The insulation pad adds less than 8 oz. to my gear.
