Perfect holder for a Great Microphone.
Perfect fit, of course, it's make specificly for these mics. Barely picks up anything from my desk and holds the weight of the mic well, even upside down but I would recommend having that be the mics normal position lol. I'm also looking forward to the metal pop filter that can be integrated into this set up. Honestly, Im really starting to enjoy the level of quailty Aston consistently brings. Btw, they inculde a second rubber band support but the one already installed is so high quality I can't see needing another anytime soon, still a very nice touch.

Excellent - Most don't know how to use ...
This is a very nice high quality mount. My mic is small and has a ledge to hold it if it should begin to slide down. Not everyone has this kind of mic though. So, the manufacturer recommends sanding the rubber holders a little bit to rough them up. Just a very light couple of passes should do. Also if you have a greasy mic from touching it as you really should not, please go clean it first. Be real. Understand, most mics are a satin steel and the pressure would have to be enormous to hold the mic a long time. Do yourself an favor ...get the grease off your mic and rough up the smooth rubber some on the holders - and don't touch them with your greasy fingers either. I really like this holder with 3 feet instead of 4 - it looks more innovative and slick without a crude 4th foot jammed into the logo.

DON'T BE MISLED!!!
What a HUGE disappointment!!! Aston makes excellent mics, but for $90 this shock mount is an absolute JOKE. Yes, it FITS a large diaphragm mic, but the problem is it will not HOLD a large diaphragm mic. As soon as you set the mic in the shock mount the mic begins to slide. I viewed some tips on Youtube that mentioned wiping down the mic and the "clamps" (a laugh), with a damp cloth, or sanding the clamps to give them more texture. But when you're paying $90 for a shock mount "supposedly" made by Aston, you shouldn't have to do anything to the shock mount except "plug and play". Additionally, for $90 this mount is made from really cheap materials. Basically you have a decent $20 shock mount being sold under the Aston brand for more than four times what it's worth.

a little on weak side
The hold the mics good but the arm slips

Mic will slip
The little connector pads that are supposed to hold the mic don't grip tight enough and the mic will swiftly begin to slide out. Took forever to find a quick fix, but I'd you take a bit of Sandpaper and rough up those rubber pads just a bit it instantly fixed the slip issue. Also absurdly expensive in my opinion

Don't Get This Mount
I have the Aston Spirit, and this mount does not even hold the mic in place. The mic is too heavy. It slowly slides right out of the mount, and if you are not paying attention, your mic is going to end up on the floor. This product is not worth $89, so I will be returning it and getting my money back. TERRIBLE product.

Cheaply built and won’t last
It fits my Origin fine and does a decent job holding it but the rubber pieces that hold the mount in place break off way too easy and for no reason. Woke up to my mic dangling one day. Cheaply built and not made to last, this is the 3rd one I buy with the same issue
