It works good you adjust the straps to pull you up shoulders back but after a while it loosens up by itself but it’s easy and adjustment to take them back up

Not really sure this even works .uncomfortable, only worn it a few times so far.

Works good for when I'm at my desk but if I need a range of motion and to reach things it's difficult.

I am an accountant; I work at a desk all day and I needed something like this for my shoulder and my back. I am so glad that I find this posture corrector. This is great product; it helps me to keep my shoulders in an appropriate position, it fits me well, and seems to be of good quality. This corrector is a good reminder to stand/sit straight. Would recommend one of these to anyone hunching over there computer all day.

I appreciate that the straps are adjustable, so the shoulders can get just a little "reminder" to stay back, or there can be more pressure to help hold yourself with your shoulders back the way they should be. Although this product was helpful for correcting my posture by putting that gentle pull on my shoulders, the strap is much too wide, and with or without the extra padding, with clothing on, and regardless of how loose I tried to have the straps, it leads to sore armpits.

I have tried about six of these products to improve my posture and "tuck in" my winged scapula. This one is the best -- really the only one that worked well. Super easy to put on, and the adjustment system works great. I wear it for about an hour per day to train my back and shoulders. Highly recommended.

Not sure why they said it would be unnotacible under cloathes....unless you're wearing a heavy jacket, you're always going to see it.....
