This can be and introductory product for birding. it's very light therefore it doesn't provide weight for the person to have stability. For the serious bird/nature watcher I don't reccomend. If your kid has had some experience with the professionals and want to purchase a pair for him/her I don't recommend. There are other less expensive pro binos that can work better. With this one you have to continuously focus and can be tricky for an older person or child.

My nieces love this product. We sat and watched the birds for hours and it was a great experience. We sat for hours and bonded. It’s a great gift and awesome for spending time with an awesome activity together.

These were ok for the price. I think I would have selected a nicer pair. Definitely for children. More like a toy.

My 2.5 year old is getting super interested in the outdoors and wild life, and these are perfect for her. She carries them every where she goes. They work well for adults as well!

My sons love using this and it’s easy for them to understand the concept of it.

We take these camping with us. They take up very little space and the case is nice to keep them from being scratched. They work well for our boys 6 & 8.

This is going to be one of the Christmas gift for my 12yr old daughter. I had to see how it worked before wrapping it. I think it’s very easy for her to figure out how to use it.
