Q: Does Bang! The Bullet include the actual bullets for the lives and the place mats for the cards and lives?

It doesn't include either but it is still a great purchase and way better than any starter pack that does include mats or counters but lacks the HUGE variety and replay-ability that the bullet offers; ps, you can us the backs of the other character cards as life counters and the gameplay style really doesn't require a mat X)

Q: Is the english edition?

It has the English on all of the cards. However, this game is Italian, all of the cards have the Italian text as well.

Q: How many cards total does this pack include? Just want to know the exact quantity so I can buy sleeves for it. Thanks.

As described on the card sleeve: Bang! (110), High Noon (13), Dodge CIty (64), Fistful of Cards (15), Misc cards and blanks: (7) = 210

Q: Is this the latest version of the game? What additional expansions are the ones to get to make it complete?

There are couple more expansions, but this could be like the definitive version with the main complete game, the others add ons don't really enhance the game :)
